remote healing techniques |
Remote healing techniques take you away from the consequences of medicines and heal you.
How do they work? Let’s get started on chakra healing.
The word ‘chakra’ comes from Sanskrit. It means a ‘wheel’. It is not a physical wheel i.e. you cannot see a chakra. It is a metaphysical wheel which radiates energy.
Direction
The direction of chakra wheel is very important as it determines the give and takes of energy. If the chakra is moving in ‘clockwise’ direction, it means it is moving the energy out of the body and if the direction is ‘counterclockwise’ it means energy is getting absorbed into our body.
Analogy
Think of chakra as a gateway to energy. In your body, there are 7 chakras namely root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown. They are a channel through which energy flows in and out of your body.
Working
Chakras are energy dimensions and they work through endocrine and nervous systems. The peculiar thing about chakras is that each of the chakras is associated with two things:
· A connection from one of nine endocrine glands
· A connection with a group of nerves called plexus
This implies that each chakra wheel is responsible for energy towards particular parts of the body. Chakra acts as a gateway to remote healing technique.
When you feel sad, negative energy is being entered into the chakra. Your nerves and your internal hormones feel the internal state of your body, sending a closing message to the chakra. Similarly, in times of pleasure, you feel good. Your chakras are open and this allows movement of energy.
The purpose of remote healing techniques is to create a balance in your life. If there is too much negative energy, it should be reduced. Similarly, too much positivity can bring you harm.
Let’s look at the procedure of chakra healing.
Chakra healing – Fire breathing chakra
Fire-breathing chakra is a spiritual healing retreat, invented by Harley Swiftdeer. Following steps are involved in chakra healing:
Lay on your back. Your knees should be up and feet on the floor (flat). The main exercising part is breathing. Breathe through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Your jaw should be relaxed during the process
Think of your situation as a balloon filling up, taking the air. When you exhale, flatten your lower back towards the floor. If you do this correctly, you will feel a gentle movement in your pelvis. When you are exhaling, squeeze your Kegels and imagine you are inhaling through your root chakra.
Energy follows your thoughts. The concentrated you are – the better will result. Now increase your imagination of breathing through your root chakra towards your sacral chakra. Repeat this several times.
Now increase this exercise towards solar plexus and then towards the heart. At each step, don’t forget to squeeze the Kegels and to repeat several times. In the last step, when you are following the small circle between third eye and crown chakra, roll your eyes when you are sending your energy towards the crown chakra. This will raise your energy level and balance the negative energy.
